We have all heard these phrases repeatedly in the news across the globe, and we will continue to hear it increasingly in the coming years. This report is the first part of a third year project. We were tasked to design engineer a product or system in the year 2042. As a group, we chose to tackle the issue of climate refugees, as populations lose their home to flooding. The is our literature review and ideation; we researched existing solutions and formulated questions to define our future scenario and pinpoint an opportunity for development.
